For Website :
Above services are offered only for one year. Website Designing time will be 15-20 days depending on Customers response. IIPL is not responsible for any website content claims. Work on service shall commence only after clearance of cheque and pay order. Up to 10 Pages & 20 products will be added/designed in this package or as mentioned above, if any. Payment is not refundable. All services are offered without any performance guarantee like No. of business enquiries or confirmed orders etc. Renewal charges will be decided by management on the time of renewal. Website Layout and design i.e. source code will be IIPL's Property. Website will be hosted on IIPL's’s server space only. C Panel/FTP details will not be provided. Designing charges will be applicable after theme selection and/or domain booking, even after cancelation of website deal. Theme/Template will not be changed once after selection, another theme will be chargeable. All web pages will be static or as mentioned above, if any. In annual maintenance maximum 3 times changes will be free. This will not include layout/color changes. Website hosting should be done within maximum 45 days from the date of finalization written on proforma (after clearance of balance payment) or else late fee will be applicable. Year will start from domain booking (If booked by IIPL) or website hosting date, whichever is early.
For Promotion Pack :
All T&C written above for website are applicable. Promotion pack include only up to 10/20/50 main keywords as mentioned above (100/200/500 sub keywords). Sub keywords will be decided by IIPL only. If website is not developed by IIPL, IIPL will develop SEO friendly replica of customers existing website, changes/maintenance in such website will be chargeable. This website design i.e. source code will be IIPL's’s property. Website will be hosted on IIPL's’s server space only. C Panel/FTP details will not be provided. If website expires, on same date IIPL promotion pack service will automatically get expire. No one can commit exactposition/rank of your/any website on search engines. First Promotion report will be provided after 30 days of keyword confirmation from Customers end after hosting. Year will startfrom keyword list mail date from IIPL. Failure of releasing balance payment on the time will lead to closure of work & affectpromotion report, hencelate fee will be applicable. Payment is not refundable.
For Software :
Above services are offered only for one year. Software Development time will be 45 to 60 days but it depends on your response. Given content from client in software (Images and Description) will be owner for legal copyright. IIPL is not responsible for any content claims. Software design & modules is IIPL's property. Work on service shall commence only after clearance of cheque and pay order. All services are offered without any performance guarantee like No. of business enquiries or confirmed orders etc. Charges of renewal will be decided by management on the time of renewal.
Annual Maintenance includes online technical assistance, error solving and bug fixing in existing modules. Addition of new module will be chargeable. Software hosting should be done within maximum 75 days from the date of finalization written on pro forma, Software will be hosted on 75th day after in any case (after clearance of balance payment) or else extra charges will be applicable. Once after a deal confirmation payment is not refundable.
